Job Description

Job Overview The Marketing Automation Specialist will work closely with our Marketing and Data teams to develop, deploy, manage, measure, optimize, and report on the lead generation, lead nurturing, and lead scoring efforts of the organization—for both end-users(Guests) and Hosts. This role is tactically focused on the execution of marketing automation platform (WebEngage) related tasks; less than 10 percent of this role’s time is typically dedicated to strategy.Reporting to the Marketing CRO Supervisor, the ideal candidate will apply equal measures of creativity and strategic thinking to our B2C automation programs. Responsibilities and Duties Assists in the technical conceptualization of demand creation, nurturing and scoring program strategy Idealizing and creating journeys that fit the purpose of generating new demand across existing and new potential users. Creates emails, landing pages, forms and reports within the MAP, including templates for use by others within the marketing function Creates nurturing and scoring programs to support the marketing organization Documents MAP processes, programs and procedures Monitors and reports on effectiveness metrics related to tactics and programs managed by the MAP and related applications Standardizes, cleanses and uploads contact lists into the MAP Trains marketing resources on how to run reports and accomplish basic tasks within the MAP
