Job Description
● Develop market plans (including, but not limited to): financial analysis, competitive analysis, customer value proposition, and customer segmentation.
● Define Sales & Marketing Strategies based on the market needs.
● Ensure profitable growth in sales and revenue through planning, execution, and management of a supportive team.
● Build a highly motivated sales team and manage, develop, coach, control to ensure that a high professional performance and sales targets are achieved.
● Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate contracts with customers to provide on-time and in-full service that meet standards and timelines.
● Establish and maintain current customer and potential customer relationships and resolve complaints regarding sales issues and services.
● Negotiate with customers and talk about the market situation, complaints, and criticisms, and review the activities of competitors in the market.
● Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team.
● Look after the budget of the marketing department and making sure the budget spend is delivering a return on investment.
● Manage the design and production of promotional materials, such as websites and brochures. -Plan and control execution of the annual promotional calendar/trade events and local marketing activities in the country and provide thorough evaluation afterward.
