Job Description

- To join a dynamic and young team to grow our business in the ever expanding Oman market. - Searching for new clients who might benefit from company services and preparing a database. - Establish and maintain relationship with current and potential customers. - Ability to develop new ideas to increase market share. - Follow up the sales process according to the sales policy& objectives of the company. - Work as a team member with other sales experts. - Communicating with customers via direct contact & Telephone & other devices. - Marketing & Negotiating and closing sales to potential clients. - Monitoring customer preferences. - Responsible for achieving his/her sales target. - Being able to travel (internal and abroad). - Ability to visit the customers. - Reporting to: Sales Manager. - Desired start date: As Soon as Possible - Desired start date: As Soon as Possible - Probation: 2 months. - Number Required: 5 - Age: under 35 - Income: Fixed salary, commission - Working hours: Saturday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, and 16:00 pm to 20:00 pm - Based in Muscat - Sultanate of Oman

Requirements

- Education: Minimum Bachelor. - Experience: At least 2 years experiences in sales and Marketing (B2C). - Strong interpersonal and communication skills especially over the phone. - Those with experience in working in B2C market take precedence. - Motivated and self-directed, ability to work with minimum supervision. - Good teamwork spirit & hard working. - Good negotiation skill. - Computer Literate with good knowledge of MS Office applications. - Young, energetic, efficient and very presentable.
