• Planning to increase profitability of the products and gain more market shares.
• Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
• Prepare management reports for review on Weekly/ Monthly basis.
• Visit the different customers to find out potentials in the market
• Direct the movement of distribution through the designated channels
• Monitor distribution partners’ activities; train them in order to increase distribution sales.
