Job Description

- Communicating with clients to understand and document the business objectives - Selecting the most appropriate research methodology and techniques - Data gathering and summarizing information related to competitors, customers, retailers, etc.., - Performing analysis of customer behavior, market condition and competing situation. - Evaluating the outcome of marketing plans and projects - Analyzing marketing mix - Collecting, analyzing and interpreting data to identify patterns and solutions, including surveys and focus group transcripts - Conducting qualitative or quantitative surveys, which may involve field, interview or focus group assessments - Preparing reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text - Conducting creative marketing plan - Writing and managing the distribution of surveys and questionnaires - Other subjects ordered by manager of department

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of market research, data mining or business intelligence (preferably in E-Commerce) - At least Master’s Degree in business management, marketing management or any other related fields, - Expert in statics concept, statistical methods and tests - Expert in Quantitative, Qualitative and Mixed research methods - Expert in concepts of marketing, market segmentation, consumer behavior, brand management, advertising - Expert in business intelligence concepts and software - Expert in data mining concept and techniques - Interested in learning - Critical thinking ability - Ability in defining and solving problems - Fluency in English (strong skills in reading and translating)
