• Conducting research on users opinions and marketing strategies and collaborating with marketing team • Researching and analyzing data on users demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand • Designing and evaluating methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data. • Researching and Analyzing on various products of IranTalent and measuring the effectiveness of each product • Measuring the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, communications programs and strategies • Translating complex data and analytical models into insights that can be used to develop marketing strategies. • Observing, receiving, and obtaining information from all relevant sources.
• Having Engineering background • Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing is an advance • Minimum 3 years of experiences • Excellent understanding of statistical software, such as Microsoft Excel and SPSS • Familiar with Digital marketing and IT industries • Problem solving skills • Attention to details
