Job Description

-Facilitates with all admin needs and issues -Follows up and manages key delegation topics with Company key leaders -Works out external issues with key authorities, being single point of contact -Works out key important topics mainly of store licenses, key projects over efficiency and effectiveness increases -Take, type and distribute minutes of meeting -Reporting to General Manager -Follow up management decisions with related parties and perform necessary coordination -Act as CEO’s liaison person with various corporate departments -Schedule executive meetings including preparing agendas and future follow up -Perform travel arrangements and manage the schedule


-University Qualification: BS / BA -Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar position (CEO or Executive Assistant) -Fluent in communication and excellent public relation -Project Management, Process improvement skill are asset -Excellent in MS Office -Being very precise, responsible, creative, good team player, and loyal to work -High energy levels and flexibility to work to the demands of the role -Full Command of Turkish and English both in writing, Listening, Speaking and Reading -Ability to co-ordinate multiple activities -Ideal Age Range: 25 - 35 -Gender Preference: Male
