Job Description

- To control and oversee the all operations, people and ventures. - Giving strategic guidance and direction to the board to ensure that the Company achieves its financial vision, mission and long term goals. - Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board - Provide strategic advice to the board and Chairman so that they will have accurate view of the market and the company’s future; - Manage resources, including the attracting, hiring and retention of personnel; - Ensure employees move in the same strategic direction to achieve its mission; - Manage key personnel and service providers; - Promote the wellness of staff and implementing policies in line with labor legislation and health and safety guidelines to create a diverse and positive working environment; - Preparation of reports and attending/presenting at the board meetings; - Research and implement new initiatives to drive revenue, lower operating costs while maintain quality products that are competitive; - Continuous monitoring of budget and ensure that revenue/sales targets are met; - Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times; - Communicate and maintain trust relationships with business partners and authorities; - Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments and other business ventures; - Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance; - Read all submitted reports by lower rank managers to reward performance, prevent issues and resolve problems; - Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.

Requirements

- University degree in Management/ food industry engineering/... - At least 15 years managerial experience. - Ensuring the development and implementation of a clear strategic plan for the company. - Leading entire business units or divisions of an organization. - Excellent knowledge in different areas - Extensive leadership/management experience. - Ability to travel within the country - Having good appearance - Age: around 50 years - Gender: Male Only - Skills: Fluency in written and spoken English
