Job description and Responsibilities:
The role and the key responsibilities include the following:
- Develop the broad functional strategy across company.
- Ensure that departmental strategies and plans are developed and implemented, which are aligned with the vision and mission of the company.
- Direct the preparation of departmental budgets
- Monitor company’s financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues.
- Propose business plans and budgets, responsible for achieving targets and objectives.
- Responsible for Human Resources development and team culture, in accordance with policies (recruitment, annual appraisal, compensation, training, etc.).
- Drives the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives.
- Ensure that all reports of company are completed timely and comply with local principles of corporate governance, standards, policies and procedure.
