Job Description

A prestigious manufacturing company in the tobacco industry with diverse products to manage your post requires someone to have the following conditions: • Identify the processes of the organization and determine the indicators of monitoring and measurement • Provide resources needed to realize the organization's goals and objectives • Identify the risks and opportunities associated with the organization's processes and efforts to control them • Approval of the documentation includes the method of execution, instructions and forms and communicated to the staff • Approval of documents created or modified by the management system • Supervise the preparation and adjustment of financial reports and annual performance, balance sheet, profit and loss account and other financial accounts, and provide justifications for the board of directors • Provide material and emotional benefits and motivate people to improve the level of staff performance and create an appropriate work environment. • Provide reports required to the board • Approve the organizational chart of the company and determine the responsibilities and powers of the staff • Establishing the necessary coordination between administrations and parts of the company in order to overcome the existing bottlenecks • Approving training programs to upgrade the staff's scientific level • Supervision and responsibility of all sectors of the organization • Implementation of all board resolutions

Requirements

Age: 35 - 50 years Minimum Operating Experience: 4 years Degree and degree of education: Minimum bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Management or other related fields Work place: Shams Abad Industrial Park Very good public relations, fluent in negotiation techniques Having the spirit of interaction and coaching, the ability to lead and organize, mastering the technical knowledge and methods of production, sufficiently mastered the analysis of financial reports Mastery of organizational processes (production, planning, warehouse, net, and quality control). Ability to create productivity and increase motivation in the subsystems.
