iiVentures (the holding company of NetBarg.com, Chilivery.com, Tik8.com, Saremiz.ir & DrDr.ir) is looking to hire Managing Director for a new venture. We are excited to be recruiting for this key position, reporting into board members and we are looking for an experienced professional to lead the team. The core role focuses on coordination & supervision of planning and subsequent implementation of the company’s operations through sales, operation, marketing teams. The incumbent is responsible to lead sales and operation team, sales strategy, and department structure ensuring smooth sales processes and identifying emerging market opportunities. Main responsibilities: • Prepare annual sales plan / target • Lead the sales team in order to expand the market and acquire new B2B customers. • Find new vendors and define strong SLA indexes in order to meet customers expected standards • Develop strong relationship with vendors and customers • Evaluate sales operations performance and provides supervision and leadership to team • Have strong supervision on how the vendors operate daily • Provide analytical reports to predict sales trends and making decisions to meet the targets • Handle the receivables from customers
