•Main Objective: As a managing director you are responsible for executing the marketing plan of the travel agency, ensuring a professional and respectful workplace, managing strategic partnerships and human resources. You need to have experience in managing for at least three years. full knowledge of travel laws and rights , excellent Problem-solving and analytical skills is necessary in your position. •Main Responsibilities: -Develop and implement a tourism marketing plan for the agency, working closely with airlines, hotels/motels & all attractions in focused area -Planning creative packages & continuously monitoring the targets and evaluating progress toward company goals -Develop relationships with national, international and regional tourism based publications and writers, tours operators and travel agents -Managing quality of work by checking the passengers and market feedback. -Mentoring and coaching team members to improve sales skills -Evaluating customer satisfaction rates and developing plans to improve ratings
