The Hyperstar Management Trainee Program is designed to grow you into a manager, through hands-on learning alongside professional experts. You’ll be hired into a function and throughout the 6-month program you are responsible for working alongside HR managers and accepting delegated responsibilities and duties and develop your leadership skills with the goal of eventually becoming a manager. • Manage Recruitment and orientation process • Manage Compensation and Benefits including payroll and insurance • Performance Management • Training and Development Process Management • Talent Management, Career and Succession planning • Manage Internal Communication and employee relation • HR project Management
Requirements
• University Degree: - Fresh graduates of Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Management, HR or MBA • Maximum 2 years’ experience • Fluent in English is a must • Retail experience is a plus • Proficiency in MS Office applications • Ability to think analytically • Advanced presentation, communication and interpersonal skills • Have no restriction to travel
