Job Description

• Directs, plans and oversees the work of the Management Accounting Department staff. • Manages and oversees the administration of multiple financial functions and/or a major fiscal unit; reviews, oversees and ensures appropriate internal controls over fiscal functions and activities. • Plans, coordinates, administers, and evaluates financial programs, projects, processes, procedures, systems, standards, and/or services; ensures compliance with policies, procedures, standards and applicable laws, ordinances and regulations. • Serves as technical adviser, liaison and functional representative providing support and direction to internal departments, committees, program stakeholders, officials, agencies, business partners and other external organizations. • Researches, reviews, interprets, analyzes, coordinates and prepares a variety of complex information data, and reports; oversees progress of special improvement projects; develops, recommends and implements policies and procedures to improve operations effectiveness and enhancements to services or programs. • Assists in planning, developing and implementing goals and objectives; coordinates operational and program efforts in alignment with goals and objectives of assigned area of responsibility; manages assigned budget and provides input to the annual budget development process. • Managing the development of budget projections and internal service fund rates. • Maintains advanced understanding of general ledger content and fund accounting. • Reviews the preparation of monthly internal reports including variance analysis to identify trend analysis and provides commentary. • Performs other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor degree in Accounting • 7 years of experience in Accounting from which at least 3 years should be in Management Accounting • Solid analytical skills • High level precision in working • Ability to work under pressure • Attention to Details • Time management & problem solving • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word-Excel-Access-Outlook-PowerPoint) and Internet • Proficient in financial software especially Rahkaran System • Age= 30-45
