Job Description
- Identify new machine components - Monitoring daily, weekly and monthly visits to ensure service and maintenance of equipment Train, develop, and appraise the performance of employees -Follow best practices and ensure the efficiency and quality of the unit’s maintenance/reliability operations -Work with Production to coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities -Ensure compliance with laws, standards, and regulations in effect for buildings and equipment -Ensure maintaining the highest maintenance standards in production -Develop and implement process controls to provide continuous improvement. -Develops capital equipment justifications for machine tools and process technology to improve quality, cost and cycle times -The Engineering Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the engineering department; provide
Requirements
