Job Description

• Work with CMMS vendor to develop and deploy CMMS prior to commissioning activities. • Participate in defining Asset /Functional location hierarchy / data structure, minimum equipment data requirement, data quality verification etc. • Liaise with project and maintenance discipline engineers to collect site equipment data, prepare Asset registers. • Assist in the location of hard and soft copy information e.g. drawings, data sheets, spares listings, operation & maintenance manuals etc. and ensuring all relevant data is passed to the Document Controller for registering/entering and safekeeping. • Assist in the identification/analysis of critical equipment, carry out RCM study for key equipment, define performance standards and associated spare parts. • Populate CMMS with equipment data, RCM outputs, maintenance schedules etc. • Assist in the review of equipment maintenance instructions, making improvements as required. Where no instructions currently exist, new ones are to be prepared. • Plan and schedule inspection and maintenance tasks • Ensure quality data input in CMMS • Analyze and improve maintenance execution performance.

Requirements

• Extensive years of technical experience in the oil & gas industry with good understanding of maintenance and inspection process and system. • Ability to work with CMMS Software. • Minimum HNC/HND in Engineering or Engineering Degree • Highly organized with good planning skills • Good Communication skill • Excellent knowledge of MS Office • Good command of English
