Job Description
Responsible for Maintenance / Planning and scheduling for production lines Coaching a group of operator and technicians regarding to achieve the best performance of Production lines Responsible for removing maintenance and breakdown losses at the lowest cost Provides updates and active participation in daily direction setting meetings regarding to progress and quality of maintenance of production machines Schedule the maintenance work for the upcoming weeks and months and manage the pre-determined tasks during the monthly meetings Provides revision and update the "Maintenance Technical Documentation" Identifies Spare Parts needs, manages minimum and maximum stock levels and supply processes for the spare parts. Manages projects and actions to reach waste targets of production lines.
Requirements
University degree in Mechanical engineering At least 3 years’ of experience in the same field Generally has strong technical skills Understand the mechanistic processes in both practical and theoretical sense Good comment on computer skills & Microsoft Excel skills are required Ability to effectively prioritize various needs Effective communication skills Has the ability to coach and educate others effectively Strong Interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal skills in English Strong ability to navigate tight deadlines and work in an ever-changing, fast paced environment
