Job Description
- Responsible for Maintenance / Planning and scheduling for production lines - Coaching a group of operator and technicians regarding achieve the best performance of Production lines - Responsible for removing maintenance and breakdown losses at the lowest cost - Provides updates and active participation in daily direction setting meetings regarding progress and quality of maintenance of production machines - Schedule the maintenance work for the upcoming weeks and months and manage the pre-determined tasks during the monthly meetings - Provides revision and update the "Maintenance Technical Documentation" - Identifies Spare Parts needs, manages minimum and maximum stock levels, and supply processes for the spare parts. - Manages projects and actions to reach waste targets of production lines.
Requirements
- University degree in Mechanical engineering - At least 3 years’ of experience in the same field - Compulsory military service is done or exempted - English proficiency level: Intermediate - Ready to relocate (with housing allowance) - Effective communication skills - Understand the mechanistic processes in both practical and theoretical sense - Ability to effectively prioritize various needs - Strong ability to navigate tight deadlines and work in an ever-changing, fast paced environment
