Job Description

The key responsibilities: ● Analyze root causes of equipment failures and propose corrective actions. ● Support clients and troubleshoot their equipment problems and concerns. ● Perform regular inspections to identify and correct equipment malfunctions, repairs, and replacements. ● Monitor and track the repair status of inoperative equipment. ● Prepare, submit, and maintain records of work orders and parts issued. ● Perform tasks to support the technical services group as required. ● Complete each repair job in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.

Requirements

● Hands-on experience with calibration and disassembly ● Teamwork skills. ● Rigor and organization. ● Working under pressure. ● Communication skills. ● Bachelor's degree in Telecom/Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience. ● Familiar with GSM. ● Intermediate level in English. ● At least 3 years of relevant working experience. ● Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, etc.).
