Job Description
We are seeking for: - Valuation and M&A manager to value startups - Develop financial models relating to financing - Restructuring, valuation analysis and liquidity events - Perform screening and due diligence such as customer - knowing Management references - knowing Market sizing and mapping and industry research - Competitive analysis and ultimately forming a viewpoint on the investment opportunity
Requirements
- Minimum Master Degree in finance, accounting, economics or industrial engineering. Or a bachelor degree in engineering or other technical major that may be complemented by and MBA or PhD from a well-regarded institutions. - Strong entrepreneurial experiences in lunching a tech startup - At least 5 years' experience gained from functional and industry experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, venture capital, corporate innovation, technology incubators or ICT startups. - Having ICDL certificate from accredited institutions. - Fluent in English language.
