Job Description

•Main Objective: Core objective of this role is to expand lifetime value of drivers and create more engagement with them as one of Tapsi's main stakeholders •Main Responsibilities: -Own and lead Driver Loyalty Club including getting driver incentives, service design and operation -Analysis of the loyalty program performance -Asses and work with outsourced vendors to implement best practice loyalty schemes -Coordination of external contractors and service suppliers -Close cooperation with other departments in order to translate business requirements into loyalty program rules, processes and configurations -Cooperation with Software Product team with regards to application configuration and enhancements

Requirements

-B.S. is a must / relevant majors are Marketing, Management, MBA -2 years of relevant experience (Business Development, Marketing, Trade, Sales) -Own and lead Driver Loyalty Club including getting driver incentives, service design and operation -Analysis of the loyalty program performance -Asses and work with outsourced vendors to implement best practice loyalty schemes -Coordination of external contractors and service suppliers -Close cooperation with other departments in order to translate business requirements into loyalty program rules, processes and configurations -Cooperation with Software Product team with regards to application configuration and enhancements -Excellent negotiation skill -Experience in project management -Very Good communication and interpersonal skills -Multi-task across multiple tasks (prioritization setting and workload allocation) -Hands on execution -Strong analytical skills
