Job Description

● Expand the lifetime value of drivers and create more engagement with them as one of Tapsi's main stakeholders. ● Own and lead driver loyalty club including getting driver incentives, service design, and operation. ● Analyze the loyalty program performance. ● Asses and work with outsourced vendors to implement best practice loyalty schemes. ● Coordinate external contractors and service suppliers. ● Close cooperation with other departments in order to translate business. requirements into loyalty program rules, processes, and configurations. ● Cooperate with the Software Product team with regard to application configuration and enhancements.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or an MBA graduate. ● More than four years of relevant experience (business development, marketing, trade, and sales). ● Experience in campaign and account management. ● Excellent negotiation skills. ● Experience in project management. ● Fluent verbal and written communication skills. ● Multi-task across multiple tasks (prioritization setting and workload allocation). ● Data-driven mindset and sound business judgment. ● Strong analytical skills.
