Job Description

This person is responsible for establishing, evaluating, and upgrading all the operation processes. Also, She/He will identify and solve issues relating to the performance of the business operations. Duties: ● Review company policies and business processes. ● Work closely with executive management to achieve outcomes based on company goals. ● Recommend and update policies and procedures to improve performance. ● Enhance workflow and cross-departmental engagements. ● Create monthly reports to management on key findings and assessments. ● Keep updated on industry and market trends. ● Ensure that companies comply with the stipulated principles and standards. ● Work with 3PLs to provide corrective actions to improve on-time delivery performance and service-related issues.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or any other related fields. ● Minimum 3 years as an analyst in a professional setting. ● Strong foundation in high volume operations setup; preferably in consumer businesses (e-Commerce, FMCG, Logistics). ● Excellent management, communication, and reporting skills. ● Problem Solving and Handling stressful and complicated situations. ● Strong attention to detail. ● Excellent analytical skills. ● Sufficient statistical and mathematical skills. ● Ability to resolve complications and carry out quality reviews.
