Job Description

“Logistics Process Senior Specialist “is responsible for handling company's shipping and receiving processes. He will monitor the status of incoming supplies and submit payment requests for all logistics services. He will also supervise day to day organization and ensure follow up action is completed. A logistic assistant must be able to organize things efficiently and work in a fast paced environment. Key Accountabilities: - Receive shipments and ensure both quality and quantity - Trace, track and expedite purchase processes - Create and maintain contact with vendors and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods - Interact with third party logistics service providers - Ensure accuracy of all inventories - Maintain communication with warehouse staff to ensure proper working order - Review bills, invoices and purchase orders - Ensure all payments are processed in time - Assist customers with inquiries - Create packing lists and update shipment information in database - Organize files both manually and electronically - Dispose of serviceable or damaged items - Reconcile hand receipts

Requirements

- At least 4 years of experience in Logistics - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Fluency in English, both written and oral - Excellent knowledge of MS Office- Excel, Outlook and Word - Positive attitude, passion and commitment - Ability to co-ordinate multiple activities
