Job Description

Logistics operations management includes planning, control, standardization, and integration of operations, resources, and processes in the area of warehousing, transportation, and distribution also maintenance of fleet, logistics assets, machines, and tools. Responsibilities: ● Manage logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, and distribution across an end-to-end logistics network of suppliers, central warehouse, regional DCs, and customers. ● Develop and implement logistics practices, principles, policies, and processes aligned with company strategy to improve operational and financial performance. ● Create and manage logistics budget. ● Manage and optimize the maintenance of logistics assets and equipment. ● Manage logistics performance by defining, evaluating, and continuing improvement of KPIs aligned with supply chain objectives. ● Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure logistics quality compliance, integration, and optimum service level. ● Organize and monitor logistics staff performance and prepare a development plan for logistics people.
