Job Description
● Manage logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, and distribution across an end-to-end logistics network of suppliers, central warehouse, regional DCs, and customers. ● Develop and implement logistics practices, principles, policies, and processes aligned with company strategy to improve operational and financial performance. ● Create and manage logistics budget. ● Manage and optimize the maintenance of logistics assets and equipment. ● Manage logistics performance by defining, evaluating, and continuing improvement of KPIs aligned with supply chain objectives. ● Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure logistics quality compliance, integration, and optimum service level. ● Organize and monitor logistics staff performance and prepare a development plan for logistics people.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or Supply Chain Logistics. ● Knowledge of the GDP/GSP requirements is a plus. ● Fluent in MS Office. ● Ability to analyze data. ● Familiarity with HSE principles. ● Familiarity with the basics and requirements of ISO and OHSAS standards. ● Mastery of the principles of warehousing and warehousing. ● Mastery of optimal location for warehouses. ● Familiarity with the transportation equipment of warehouses and cold stores ● Mastery of capillary distribution. ● Familiarity with the principles of preventive maintenance and repairs. ● 8 years of experience; (6 years of managerial experience).
