Job Description

- Planning and managing the executive operations of warehousing and distribution of products in the central warehouse - Cooperation in preparing the working method, internal instructions of the warehouse and any documents required by the warehouses. - Supervise the arrangement of goods according to the FEFO system in all warehouses. - Supervision and implementation of monthly, annual and periodic warehousing in all warehouses. - Supervising the full observance of safety and protection principles during work and preventing any possible consequences and damages. - Cooperation with the Quality Assurance Unit and HSE in order to implement and control the requirements of the Food and Drug Administration as well as occupational health and safety. - Continuous monitoring and control of central warehouse inventories. - Participate in warehouse and distribution coordination meetings in order to exchange views and justify efforts in providing the necessary coordination to increase the level of efficiency. - Effective communication with the Distribution Centers Managers in order to distribute the goods from the central warehouse to the distribution centers. - Effective communication with the Distribution Centers Managers in order to take corrective measures and improve the performance of the warehouse processes of the centers. - Establishing the same system of warehousing standards in all centers. - Interacting with the group suppliers to receive, maintain and send safe goods to the warehouse. - Notifying all approvals of the relevant supply chain unit in the warehouses of the centers and following up on its implementation. - Supervision, handling and control of affairs in different stages of work and elimination of existing defects and inadequacies. - Supervising the activities of warehouse personnel. - Organize, plan and coordinate between supervised employees. - Provide feedback on corrective actions in the warehouses of the centers - Ensuring the maintenance and care of central warehouse equipment and machinery - Managing central warehouse costs based on the company's macro policies and powers - Management of intercity shipping fleet and ensuring timely distribution of goods between distribution centers at the company level. - Cooperate with visits and audits of supervisory organizations.
