Job Description

● Manage inventory as well as warehouse, transportation, and other logistics processes. ● Plan, develop, or implement warehouse safety and security programs and activities. ● Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping. ● Develop excellent relationships with suppliers and communicate about any issues or concerns that arise. ● Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost. ● Keep track of delivering metrics and conducting related audits. ● Advise on optimal transportation activities such as routing, equipment, and schedules for delivery. ● Ensure that quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments are met.

Requirements

● Transportation — Knowledge of principles and methods for moving goods by air, rail, sea, or road, including the relative costs and benefits. ● Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. ● Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. ● Minimum 5 years of professional experience. ● Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial engineering, Supply Chain, or any related fields. ● Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). ● Full command of English.
