Job Description

● Create and implement best practice logistics principles, policies, and processes across the organization to improve operational and financial performance. ● Deliver solutions to logistics problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service within budgetary requirements. ● Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, transport costs, and contracts with transportation and logistics providers. ● Identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies and ensure inventory and system records are in agreement. ● Plan, manage and evaluate logistics operations liaising with suppliers, logistics providers, and transportation companies. ● Lead a team to deliver efficient, and compliant export shipping for the region adhering to all applicable requirements, internal, external, legal, and regulatory. ● Manage relationships with customs brokers and freight forwarders. ● Ensure processes, procedures, and record-keeping are up-to-date for exports and foreign trade zones, and import alignment with guidelines.
