- Increasing the company’s income and having optimum management of our resources and equipment - Performing job analysis, constantly evaluating operations - Analyzing strengths, weakness of the terminal, SWOT - Analyzing annual targets by implementing strategies, monitoring trends and results - Maintaining and updating the company’s ISO certificates (9001, 14001 and 18001) - Practical knowledge in quality management system - Practical knowledge to implement Health and Safety issues within the organization - Ability to arrange risk assessment for new line of operations - Familiar with port equipment and its upkeep and preventive maintenance - Supervision of human resources by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees in order to contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, having Computer literate.
