Job Description

- Managing and monitoring export and import procedures and documentation and all related matters. - Cooperation with Shippers & Forwarding and suppliers companies - Monitoring and controlling each shipment and projects cash flow management - Updating sales experts and clients about the latest shipment status - Reporting the daily, weekly, monthly activity to related manager - Negotiate with agents. - Booking shipment with agent - Follow up on hand shipments with agent and update customer

Requirements

- Fluent in shipping documents and L/C requirements. - At least 1 years of experience in the logistic fields (related experience). - Fluent in INCOTERMS (Latest edition), - Good knowledge of computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) - Ability to Solve problems, work under pressure and meet required deadlines - Fluent in English language (speaking, writing and listening) - Strong communications - Strong understanding of the shipping and logistic process. - Good teamwork abilities - Ideal Age Range: 25 – 35 - Working hours: 8:30 a.m. - 16:30 p.m - Travel and mission requirements: Yes
