Job Description

Logistic & Supply Planner will be responsible for all demand, supply, inventory, and SC project planning activities for some branches. This individual works closely with Iraq branches and delivery operations of the all Solico companies to ensure that customer requirements for product and information are met on a timely basis. This is a customer facing role that ensures that all product and project deliverables are met on-time and within budget. Main responsibilities: Program joint planning activities with identified customers by developing and maintaining an integrated/collaborative demand and supply planning process Respond to demand and supply changes in a timely and accurate manner Integrate the orders of your branches and enter the orders to SAP software. Communicate delivery plans with customers and factory colleagues and address gaps between demand and supply Facilitate and coordinate activities between all companies/suppliers functions on a day to day or specific issue basis to provide support to the customer and meet their expectations. Work with customer on new product development activities as related to supply chain planning Establish appropriate safety stock levels to be maintained by company and/or the customer Manage inventory levels to optimize investment along with on time in full performance Develop joint supply chain metrics to measure and monitor SC performance You should go to the Amol city 2 days a week on mission for follow and solve the issues face to face. Develop reporting and supply planning processes Establish communication and information transfer process with Iraq branches and the suppliers Monitor production and supply-related performance metrics Understand and monitor final materials planning process Ensure project deliverables are achieved on time and within budget Ensure coordination of regional supply chain activities with worldwide supply chain processes Monitor and manage supply chain costs as related (inventory, freight, warehousing, etc.) Represent Supply Chain on regional and global project teams Identify and implement supply chain process enhancement/efficiency opportunities Assist in the establishment of best practices for both company and the customer in processes directly affecting supply chain interactions Identify and implement supply chain cost savings and value add activities where appropriate


Bachelor's Degree level education in industrial engineering. Able to work with all functions in a team environment either as a team participant. Able to go to Amol city on a mission some days per month Strong capability to understand manufacturing processes Ability to deal with ambiguity Self-motivated Maximum age: 28 Gender: male
