Job Description

This position is for an International Oil & Gas Operator Company in Tehran Office and will include co-ordinating movement of personnel, materials & equipment to and from rig site. Responsibilities will include: The position has overall responsibility to coordinate and schedule all Company/Business Partners’ equipment, supplies and personnel to and from the rig. Ensures Third Party contractors are informed of requirements in ample time to supply. Inspects all equipment & materials on arrival at rig site and on departure from rig for condition & correctness. Confirm crew change lists & all crew change arrangements with assigned vessels Provide a focal point and responsive customer service to offshore personnel for all logistics matters. Arrange Crew Travel such as Tickets, Hotel and Visa (Where Appropriate) Maintains communications with Shore-base and Offshore Rig . Plans, coordinates and supports the Drilling & completions of offshore wells in regards to materials & logistics, supply and service. Reduce rig related non productive time through maximizing efficiency of material movement. Represents the first line quality assurance of material movement by interfacing with the drill-site managers and shorebase to ensure priority of equipment movement is justified, material manifest contains correct/detailed information, and effectively communicates with both service companies and Shorebase.
