Job Description

-Perform and coordinate all local commercial activities and affairs such as sourcing, corresponding, negotiating and ordering to make the best purchase package. -Prepare and handle all necessary documentation and invoice step by step. -Make arrangement with sellers/suppliers and resolve any possible issue. -Handle recording of orders and relevant archiving. -Prepare purchase orders, review requisitions for goods and arrange payment to suppliers. -Research and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities and the suppliers reputation and history. -Working hours: Saturday – Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. - 16:30 p.m. / Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. - Location: Gandi St.


-Bachelor's in Logistics, Business, Engineering or any other related fields -Min 5 Years of Work Experience -Supply chain and logistics experience -Experience with importation and customs brokerage -Ideal Age Range: Max 40 Years Old
