POSITION SUMMARY:

You will be responsible to support and coordinate Agri-Services activities for the development and extension of Agricultural Services in professional dairy agriculture lands farms. To achieve targets on milk quality and quantity through efficient operations, continuous improvements, and benchmarking, to ensure compliance and competitive sustainable supply to serve Nestlé nutrition brands.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- You will be responsible to support and coordinate the implementation of different projects in respective farms and suppliers to develop them in terms of good farming practices, suitability, and management system in line with the other departments.
- Externally follow up with farm members to ensure that Nestlé standards are applied appropriately. Do alignment between the Farm in terms of standardization and benchmarking.
- As a local supplier development specialist, you need to apply various assessments based on the Nestlé standard regarding HACCP, Traceability, and transparency concept in food industries and define a rollout plan to close the supplier gaps. You need to manage the project strongly in terms of supplier development and sustainable result.
- You need to develop the necessary measuring tools and keep a complete record of documentation and reports and facilitate the audits for the suppliers
- You will be in charge of dairy milk farm development in sustainability and environmental requirements, projects aiming to reduce carbon footprint, GHG (Green House Gases), by focusing on regenerative agriculture (crops, livestock, lands) initiatives, and renewable energy.
