Job Description

To Provide all the needed request on time (Including Raw Materials, Spare Parts, Factory Purchases, Foods service contracts and every local orders) -Sourcing and finding best local suppliers including trader or manufacturers. -Prepare price comparison between best offers which they got from sources. -Preparing full set of documents to get necessary approvals and follow the situation till final confirmation. Including: SAT and SAS creation. -Responsible for purchasing negotiations with suppliers and preparing final proposal. -Coordination with suppliers to deliver purchased item or services on required time and arranging logistic -Transportation team to get goods from suppliers and deliver it to the factory. -Preparing contract proposals (including technical maintenance s, hotels, periodic services, constructions and etc.) and present it to Purchasing Senior Specialist. -Advising technical specifications to all the requisitions regarding their requests
