Job Description

- Perform all pre-required activities before finalizing Equipment/ Services contracts. For the above task, the expert should have enough competency in providing Purchase Package and receiving all relevant Technical documents from Engineering Department. - Coordinate all affairs regarding Trading committee meetings - Provide the winner all conditions collecting TBE results for concluding the contract. - Report and follow up all current cases. - Keep the relevant data bases updated.

Requirements

- BA/BS holder in engineering/ economics or commerce - At least 5 years of efficient work background in the position - Familiar with production industries preferably in mineral or metal industries - Being proficient at using MS Office and other commercial software programs - Familiar with Equipment and Commodity Local purchasing processes and stages - Capable of establishing efficient communication with people and companies at meetings. - Familiar with English speaking, writing and reading - Fully familiar with performing Trending processes - Familiar with contractual obligations and affairs
