-Interact with suppliers on a daily basis to resolve transaction issues and gather critical information invoices, tracking info, tax docs
-Discovering profitable suppliers and initiate procurement partnerships
-Negotiating with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
-Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services
-Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
-Responsible for appropriate supplier selection/bidding processes for selected purchase requests, and supplier and contract pricing validation for all purchase requests under category management responsibility
-Responsible for managing projects to improve procurement processes
-Responsible for resolving invoice price and terms discrepancies to enable order processing
-Working hours: Saturday – Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. till 16:30 p.m. / Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00
-Job Location: Gandi St., Vanak Sq
-Bachelor’s degree in related field
-Minimum 5 Years of work experience some knowledge of supply chain management
-Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques in FMCG company
-Talent in negotiations and networking
