Job Description

At Solico Group IT Department, we value our users and are seeking the help of a motivated team member to fill the role of Learning Management System (LMS) Specialist at our corporate office in Tehran. The LMS Specialist will support Solico Group Users for excellence by helping employees gain the work skills they need for high performance and Upgrading the level of work knowledge. This position is responsible for the support, design, development, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of resources used for instructional functions. The Learning Management System Specialist is the primary system administrator for the Solico Moodle-based learning management system (LMS) and integrated tools, also oversees the installation of all system updates, upgrades, integrated tools, and other software integrated with the LMS. This position provides the learning management system (LMS) administration and support and technical set up of system functionality. - Review all training material that has been deployed through the LMS on a regular basis - Communicate with various departments as needed in order to define requirements for a variety of training materials. - Recommend training solutions through personal experience and feedback from the clients to improve the current structure of offerings - Backup and troubleshoot material hosted on the LMS - Prepare, deliver and manage reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and future issues related to LMS data - Provide end-user support (e-learning, training support requests, and other areas as requested) - Identifies and communicates opportunities for process and quality improvements, providing feedback on usage, defects, and suggested enhancements. - Collaboration and negotiation with business departments on training needs

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in an IT related fields - 3 years of experience that is directly related to systems support and to the duties and - Familiar with Moodle (open source learning management system) - Good knowledge of HTML and PHP mark-up languages - Familiarity with graphical design elements appropriate for online instruction - Experience in working with multimedia software - Knowledge of Learning Management System administration - Strong oral and written communication skills - Excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to customer service - Proven ability to continually adapt and learn new procedures and software programs - Ability to manage and meet deadlines
