Job Description

-Configuring requested services on user’s servers -Debugging & Troubleshooting different services (Mostly webhosting services such as web servers, Database, mail server, DNS server etc) asap -Monitoring the company's servers and services and analyzing the logs, taking the necessary measures asap -Ability of properly analysis system log’s operations -Technical response to users through the ticketing system -Follow-ups and correspondence with data centers -Follow-up and correspondence of different cases with colleagues of different departments of the company

Requirements

-Expert in manage web services such as web server, DNS, database, mail etc on different platforms -Expert in hosting Control Panels such as cPanel, DirectAdmin, Plesk, etc. -Expert in virtualization systems such as xen, kvm, esxi etc. -Expert in Linux operating systems such as centos, Ubuntu and cloudlinux -Ability to fix and handle problems with web services hosting servers -Basic and general acquaintance with the concepts of Cloud Computing -Basic knowledge and ability to understand bash scripting -Familiar with Network ( Network+ & CCNA ) -Minimum 2 years of system administration experience, preferably in a data center or WebHosting Field
