POSITION SNAPSHOT The Position is located in Qazvin Factory Location: Qazvin/Iran. Company: Nestlé. Full-time. You are responsible for: ● Timely M&I of Electricity and Automation (E&A), including instruments, PLC, and HMI's for the safe and smooth operation of all factory plants, by reducing related breakdowns and enhancing product quality and plant operation/performance while ensuring that people’s health and safety, product safety and environment are never compromised. Major responsibilities: ● Complete the PM (Plan Maintenance) process of the plant. ● Troubleshoot all electrical issues and prevent the breakdown of lines. ● Improve shift handover/takeover process. ● Control circuit concept, components, and function. ● Servicing, repairing, and maintenance of Pneumatic components/systems. ● Prepare work orders according to requirements and complete and TECO them. ● Maintain stand-by equipment to make them ready in the time of emergency. ● Work as per hygiene standards, complaints of general work permit, hygiene work permit, and hot work permit wherever applicable. ● Follow up on routine maintenance activities and work orders. ● Maintain personal tool kit and ensure hygiene condition of tools. ● Troubleshoot and make the equipment in operation as soon as possible. ● Update the information regarding equipment efficiency and spares in the Tech store. ● Strictly obeys rules and regulations framed by the factory. ● Responsible for the practical implementation of process description activities based on NQMS objectives and principles, review, and improvement of KPIs.
