Job Description
-Proactively manage legal issues in all areas of business by legal advice and guidance
-Coordinate with other managers for legal consultation and strategic direction
-Manage and oversee the company’s contracts to make sure that it is in the company’s interests
-Negotiating contracts for the company
-Manage and oversee the company’s registration affairs at Company Registration Office
-Prepares reports for presentation in board meetings and shareholders meetings.
-Legal report preparation and presentation before the senior managers
-Handling lawsuits of the company and studying lawsuits filed by an individual or other business and find appropriate methods to save and ensure minimum loss to the company
-Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues
-Liaison with relevant Government offices and other competent authorities if necessary
-Provide on-going regulatory compliance with regulatory policies, government directives or orders, regulations and legislation relevant to the company’s business
