Roles: ● Leading the legal team and contracts. ● Strategic planning and regulation of processes and guidelines with the aim of increasing the productivity and performance of the legal team. ● Cooperating with the CEO and other managers for the short and long-term strategic plans of Vindad. ● Drafting, review and supervision of contracts and legal documents. ● Collecting and analyzing legal feedback from customers with the support team and answering customers' legal questions. ● Preparing plans and goals of the legal team in specific periods.
Requirements
● Master's degree in International Trade Law, Private Law, or Intellectual Property Law. ● 5 to 7 years of professional experience in business law, trade law, and contracts. ● Fluent in English. ● Knowledge of the IT business environment. ● Ability to lead people, solve problems, communicate effectively, think creatively, and manage risk, results-oriented, interested in teamwork and growth, and time management.
