Job Description
● Legal support related to corporate questions to other departments and management teams according to contractual affairs and corporate law.
● Advise on general law issues and manage the legal issues of all areas of the company, including but not limited to corporate matters, procurement, safety, security, and insurance issues.
● Secure the compliance of the draft of the contract with relevant laws and regulations.
● Continuously monitor compliance with legal obligations and advise management accordingly.
● Attend and support committee and subcommittee in legal and contract.
● Develop internal regulations for corporate affairs.
● Supervise all legal documents and correspondence.
● Supervise claim management.
● Supervise the litigation and arbitration process.
