Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Legal studies from a top-tier university.
● Familiarity with capital market is an advantage.
● Knowledge of Iran’s Securities Market Act and SEO-relevant regulations is preferred.
● Ability to work within deadlines and being result-driven.
● Ability to draft and review various forms of bilingual legal documents (confidentiality agreement, memorandums of understanding, engagement letter, shareholders agreement, share purchase agreement, partnership agreement, minutes of meeting, general assembly/board of directors’ resolution).
● Ability to handle considerable amount of paperwork, emails, follow ups and required correspondences with the relevant persons/organizations.
● Excellent attention to detail.
● Advanced negotiation skills and awareness of cultural differences.
● For male candidates, military service shall be completed/exempted.
