Job Description

• To draft, review, and advise commercial agreements and other transactions based on company policies and legal requirements • To prepare addendum and/or amendments related to the previously drafted agreements based on the needs and requests. • To advise internal divisions on various agreements/transactions with a variety of service providers including claims and enforcing penalties, interpretation of contracts, investigation of quality and quantity of provided/received services and etc. • To prepare contractual notices or letters for raising claims, penalty, termination or renewal of assigned agreements • To prepare monthly/weekly management reports as required.
