Job Description
• Ensure the legal compliance of practices between entities and observance of the rules of governance and report to Legal Manager.
• Pre-design and suggest needed legal guidelines and policies for the Company.
• Suggest, draft and maintain a file of standard legal documents to contribute to efficiency and effectiveness of the legal functions.
• Design and communicate legal checklists across the Company.
• Provide expertise, advice and support: assist internal Departments on the legality of decisions and actions taken. Ensures that legal rules are applied to official documents and in general to any document affecting the Company's legal circumstances, benefits and rights.
• Provide and draft legal letters and documents as like as notices, warnings, revocation / termination declarations…
• Advise on legal permits requirements.
• Try to find alternatives and solutions in case of legal or regulatory restrictions.
• Investigate any eventual occurred offenses due to contracts, processes and policies and report to legal Manager in case of need.
• Design and communicate contract models across the Company.
• Provide legal responses for legal inquiries.
• Provide needed legal researches for the litigation files submitted to Legal department;
• Draft and Document all relevant legal documents / requirements securely.
• Prepare proper responses for judicial inquiries.
• Follow up judicial cases in different jurisdictions as a company lawyer.
