Job Description
● Reviewing, commenting, drafting different types of contracts in English and Persian.
● Assisting the Legal Dept. in a variety of legal issues including inter alia, drafting memos, drafting documents, letter writings, etc.
● Providing legal advice and counsel on various types of legal inquiries containing legal risks and consequences for the company.
● Providing required monthly and quarterly reports of the department's activities.
● Organizing, maintaining, and updating contracts database and archive, utilizing electronic tools as directed for such goal.
● Supporting legal project coordination.
● Assisting with all required legal communications and internal and external interactions.
● Preparing training materials on legal issues for the company’s staff.
● Keeping up with current changes in all relevant areas of laws and ensuring compliance with the internal controls, statutory regulations, and other formalities.
