Contract Supervisor and is responsible for providing support to the all functions across Digikala Group, mainly marketing, procurement and operation functions on contractual matters. This individual would collaborate across all the divisions in the Legal & Compliance department. A successful team member must be adaptable and flexible to constant changing legal and technological aspects of the business environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Provides legal advice to internal business stakeholders concerning transnational agreements and all contracts.
-Drafts and reviews agreements and documents assuring that respective legal policies and strategies followed, while identifying opportunities to improve contract templates and the standard contract terms.
-Leads or assists with the resolution of contractual disputes.
-Plans and provides training to internal clients on designated legal topics relates to contracts.
-Maintains contract automation and management systems.
-Monitors contract expiration or renewal dates.
-Proactively conducts legal research to find optimal legal solutions in various contractual relations.
-Ensures that contract files/databases for all agreements maintained properly.
-Continuously evaluates and supports to update contracting relevant processes and procedures.
-Advanced law degree.
-4+ years of strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, including experience with commercial agreement matters --in a law firm or in-house counsel setting.
-Experience of dispute resolution.
-Subject matter expertise on key legal topics including liability, indemnities, intellectual property and data protection.
-Experience with standard form of contracts and agreements.
-Superb oral and written communication skills.
-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well as part of a team with other lawyers, internal clients, -compliance and other partners.
-Ability to efficiently prioritize and handle multiple requests from internal clients.
-Strong sense of ethics, integrity and sound judgment.
-Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to a cross-functional team.
-Experience related to technology-based industries is a plus.
