Job Description

• Identifying, analyzing, researching, negotiating, and resolving legal and business issues in proposed contracts, and making appropriate recommendations to business; • Reviewing all contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements; • Preparing contract summaries and/or issues lists for the direct manager and/or business owners; • Drafting board and stockholder resolutions, meeting minutes and other corporate governance documents in compliance with applicable law; • Reviewing the business situation to select, propose and recommend the appropriate type of agreement to the respective manager or team member; • Managing process improvement for legal contracts. Continuously measuring performance and improving productivity and processes for contract management; • Recommending, developing and implementing contracting policies, procedures and processes, and redeveloping contract template that is insufficient; • Coordinating and attending board and committee meetings and drafting minutes in addition to directing the activities related to the annual meeting of shareholders; • Following up on actions from meetings and reporting; • Updating databases and maintaining accurate records of contracts in addition to facilitate the administration of the contract renewal process; • Drafting and reviewing contracts and providing guidance on contract standards; • Organizing and preparing agenda and papers for board meetings, committees and annual general meetings (AGMs).

Requirements

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in law or equivalent work experience. • 4+ years of experience in a similar position in a medium- or large-size company with relevant industrial sector experience. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • In-depth knowledge of laws & regulations, contract documents, and legal specifications. • Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills. • Ability to resolve client complaints and concerns. • Familiar with Rules & Regulations of the Securities and Exchange Organization. • A supportive and open line-manager and colleague. • Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel. • Keen attention to detail and penchant for accuracy, timeliness and organization • Highly responsive to internal and external stakeholders • Fluent in English
